Outreach Manager (Full-time)

The Branch Trust is a growing Christian charity serving Chipping Norton and surrounding villages, with a focus on supporting individuals and families facing hardship. Rooted in community and collaboration, we bring together local organisations and services to deliver practical, holistic support. We are seeking

an Outreach Manager to lead and develop our frontline outreach work, particularly in mental health and domestic abuse support.

The Role

Working closely with the CEO, you will oversee outreach delivery, ensuring high-quality, consistent support while helping the organisation grow sustainably. You will collaborate with the Nurture Lead to provide joined-up care and play a key role in building partnerships with statutory and voluntary agencies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating outreach services and volunteers
• Developing strategies to support vulnerable individuals and families
• Building strong local partnerships and referral pathways
• Supporting, supervising, and developing staff and volunteers
• Ensuring safeguarding, GDPR compliance, and impact monitoring

About You

You will have experience managing or supervising teams, strong communication and organisational skills, and a passion for community-based work. The ability to build relationships, manage multiple priorities, and motivate others is essential. A degree (or equivalent) is required. Knowledge of the Oxfordshire charity sector and safeguarding is desirable. You will be motivated by a strong Christian faith, compassionate, proactive, and committed to supporting people from diverse backgrounds.

Additional Information

• Full-time, based in Chipping Norton
• 4% pension contribution and five weeks’ annual leave
• Subject to Enhanced DBS check
• Genuine Occupational Requirement: practising Christian
